With a core objective of making real estate information accessible to all demographic groups, Saasepedia has evolved into a research-driven institution, with a particular focus on real estate market intelligence and strategic advisory services. Through multimedia platforms including videos, blog posts and social media engagement, we have historically raised awareness of key issues in the Ghanaian real estate market. Today, our core operations are centred on producing high-quality research reports and market studies that offer data-driven insights for stakeholders, investors and policymakers.
Our recent works include the Accra City Report 2023 and Ghana Real Estate Market Report 2024, along with commissioned research for organisations such as the Centre for Affordable Housing Finance in Africa.
